How to Design A Shrink Sleeve Label?
Design a shrink sleeve labels for bottle, we can refer to PS,Adobe illustrator, or 3d modeling software etc. Artwork for shrink sleeve packaging needs to be re-positioned and compensated for the shrink factor of the substrate. Sometime when you receive the file from clients, but we can not just make printing plates or proceed immediately, we need to evaluate the suitable shrink materials and adjust a suitable shrink size and mark the lay-flat width, cut length,T-Perforated Line , bleeding,clear,overlap area, safe zone, die-line ect according to dimension and shapes of client's bottle or containers.Just like the picture shows below.This is called template with dieline for shrink sleeve labels.
Before printing, we need to checkout the artwork file format which we can use or not.
